About the workshop
This workshop teaches the same language and skills our clinical team uses with teens. There's no enrollment and no prerequisite: come to one session or all twelve.
It's for parents and caregivers only; teens aren't part of the room. Sessions combine psychoeducation with DBT-informed skills practice, and you're welcome whether or not your teen is a current patient here.
