Grow in a shape entirely your own.

For teens who need more than a weekly appointment.
Structured PHP and IOP in Apex.

When weekly therapy isn't enough.

IOP and PHP provide more time, structure, and clinical support without an overnight stay.

Some teens come when symptoms are getting harder to manage between weekly sessions. Others need a steady transition home after inpatient or residential care. We meet both moments with a clear plan and a consistent week.

Care includes DBT skills groups, individual therapy, family involvement, and expressive work through art, music, and mindfulness. Teens return home every evening and practice what they are learning in daily life.

Care that adapts

Progress should show up in real life.

We check progress from intake through discharge. If your teen is not improving in the ways that matter, the team revisits the plan.

Know what the plan is for

After intake, you will know what your teen is working on and why it matters.

Look beyond the therapy room

Progress should be visible at school, with friends, and during the hard moments at home.

Stay part of the work

The team will talk with you about how care is going and what you can reinforce at home.

Not sure which program is right?
