What happens next
What happens after you reach out.
If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and help you find what is.
- 01
Call us or complete the form
Call (919) 335-5053 or fill out the short form. We'll ask for some basic information about your teen and what's been going on. No commitment, no pressure.
- 02
Assessment with a licensed therapist
Your teen meets with a licensed therapist for a clinical assessment. It helps us determine whether IOP or PHP is the better fit and shapes the initial treatment plan.
- 03
Start
Once the assessment is complete and your insurance is verified, we set a start date. A typical start is three to five days from first contact.
Before you call
What to have ready.
- Your insurance card
- A general sense of what's been going on
That's it.
Ages 10–17
We work with adolescents ages 10–17. Programming is developmentally appropriate across that range, and our admissions team will explain how groups are organized for your child's age.
Insurance
We'll verify your insurance benefits and walk you through expected costs before care begins. Self-pay is available. More about insurance and costs →
