A defined treatment model
The program is organized around DBT skills, polyvagal-informed care, trauma-informed practice, and family participation. Clinicians should know what the model asks of them and why.
We are looking for clinicians who can bring rigor, steadiness, and clear thinking to adolescent care.
Working here
Joshua Tree Health is an adolescent PHP and IOP program in Apex, NC. We work with ages 10–17 and organize care around a clear clinical model. We are interested in clinicians who can be warm without becoming vague and structured without becoming rigid.

The work centers on ages 10–17. We value clinicians who understand adolescent development and can speak plainly with teens and families.
Good clinical judgment depends on asking when something is unclear. We want people who seek supervision, use evidence carefully, and stay open to changing course.
We are building a team where people know one another’s work and take shared responsibility for the quality of care.
